Tim Rich – Senior Staff
Specialist, The Hershey Company Tim has been with the Hershey company
since 1990, working within the Manufacturing and Engineering
departments. His current responsibilities, reporting through the
industrial engineering department, include providing Continuous
Improvement support for manufacturing plants, productivity analysis,
capital project evaluations, implementing the Hershey Performance
System (based on the Toyota Production System). Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Tim worked with The Upjohn Chemical company in Connecticut for 5 years as an Industrial Millwright where his main responsibilities included Equipment support and plant turnarounds. Overall Tim has more that 30 years of manufacturing experience across multiple companies He has been an IIE member since 2007. Tim can be reached at TRich@Hersheys.com. |

Membership News & Accomplishments
Alexa Lynn Rank was born on October 12,2009.
Proud parents are Jeremy Rank and Nicole Rank, both Industrial
Engineers for The Hershey Company. Alexa attended her first IIE board
meeting at only 4 weeks old. She is bound to be an Industrial Engineer!
